Introduction
The Ionian Islands, are located off the western coast of Greece, are a sailor's dream, with fresh winds, warm blue seas, and hundreds of secluded coves.
The prevailing winds are North Westerly and tend to be Force 2-4 from mid morning until late afternoon.
Indicative Itininerary
15th June to July: start from Preveza to Lefkas, Parga, Paxos.
July to August: Corfu', Paxos, Cefalonia.
August to September: Western Peloponnesus coast, Zakinthos, Sami, Ithaka.
September: Mainland west coast to Kalamos, Lefkas and back to Preveza by the 10th/15th
of September
Joining us at any stage of the journey is easy. With airports in Preveza, Corfu', Cefalonia and Zakinthos (see below map) and ferries running regularly, access to the islands should not be a problem.
